o Within Pakistan for Basic Pret : Upto 10 working days

o Outside Pakistan for Basic Pret: Upto 2-3 weeks

o Within Pakistan for Festive Pret: Upto 2-3 weeks

o Outside Pakistan for Festive Pret: Upto 3-4 weeks

Please note custom stitch orders will require additional 7 working days

Shipping Charges:
o Within Pakistan: PKR 300
o Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of package and destination.

We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address by the courier company.

At least 50% advance payment is required to process Festive Pret & Formals


Order Tracking:
On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

Customs and Duties:
Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Alara is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.
